I’ve been watching my spam and for several weeks now a particular post about a certain deity based on a thin pasta noodle has been getting nailed will over 99% of my comment spam. This led me to close comments and pings on that post this morning. It also brought a realization, why only that post? Could it be that the spambots use Google or another search engines results keying in on specific words known to be of high popularity among bloggers?
