“There are plenty of ways to be close enough these days. In fact, we think close enough is better than too close. Too close leads to too many meetings, too much B.S.’ing, and too much wasted time. When people are apart they tend to get more work done because they aren’t bothered as much. Bothering someone by walking over to their desk and just saying hi can really take someone out of their flow.”
