I’ve been using Microsoft’s Entourage at work as my email program of choice on the Mac (I use Mail.app at home) and I’ve really come to like some of the features that set it apart from Outlook. Among them is a cool little feature called “Scrapbook”.
“Use the Scrapbook to collect and store multiple items or “clips” across all Microsoft Office programs. The collected clips remain in the Scrapbook until you remove them, even if you quit all Office programs running on your computer or shut down your computer.
You can organize the clips in the Scrapbook by assigning them to a project or category. You can also assign keywords to each clip. Then, use the sorting and filtering tools in the Scrapbook to quickly find the clip that you are looking for.”
