Well my baby is back from MacResQ sporting a brand new 80gb hard drive. I must say, I’m quite pleased with the service from MacResQ. I opted to pay $99 for 24 hour service; which, when you think you’ll be shipping your Mac back and forth to Kansas, it is quite a good deal.
Within one day of placing my order there was a special packing box sitting on my desk. I packed my Mac up the minute I got the box and called DHL who had the box picked up the same day. Next day I got my call from MacResQ, it was a failed hard drive. They said they would work on it first thing Monday and I should get it back by Tuesday.
Sure enough, 11:30 this morning DHL dropped it off with a brand new drive. MacResQ is awesome in my book. Nice work guys.
