The problem isn’t that there aren’t enough 960 grid templates out there. The problem is teaching designers how to design using one.
It’s not uncommon for website files to get out of control. You’ve got images over here. Included files over there. Template files over there and there and there. What can you do you ask? Clean it up! Nettuts has a great article about cleaning up your next PHP project and organizing your mess.
Here’s a really cool tutorial on creating some slick buttons in Photoshop. The tutorial uses CSS sprites at the end to set up the functionality of the buttons. Pretty nice.
