You’re assuming I’m going to say “Mozilla Scores Big With Firefox” aren’t you? Well…nope. Mozilla scored by providing a customer service/feedback model that I wish MORE companies were quick to adopt.
When the first releases came out, people commented what they wanted and Mozilla listened. They were out there reading our blogs, looking in forums, taking emails, and building the product that people ask for. With each build they incorporated more and more of what people wanted in a browser. They listened to the communities feedback.
